Communities and societies as a whole
The impact of IT on communities really it’s a double edge
sword. It does make people more social finding people who you won’t normally
meet outdoors or friends you haven’t seen for ages but it can discourage people
to go outdoors making them less social. The more you stay inside the more you
are unhealthy; while it can be good and bad it can also help people to find
people who enjoy what they like e.g. Dr who, Star Trek etc.
